Is your pet always in Jail?
I love my pet dearly, but lately I have run into some issues and need help!
My dog was lost for 4 days... Never post a "Lost Dog" poster..

Poor "Sammy" was lost for 4 days until someone spotted him a few blocks away. This wasn't the first time he walked off, but it was the first time he was gone for more than a day.
Last week I got this tracking device from your website and thought I would share my experience. It works great and I tested it on my nephew who lives a couple streets over.
Thanks Pet Calmer for your help, I can sleep a little easier now... Marcus G.

| Let's face it, having a pet can be a daunting experience. In some cases it's more difficult than raising a child. Why? Because they are faster and stronger! That's why pet calmer is here. Everyone has at least one problem or difficult area. But the good news is... someone else has already experienced it! Learn from others and share your experiences also. |
I once had to put my dog to sleep because she bit someone. Although I think it was provoked, I was still forced to end her life. Had some of these products been available at the time, she would have lived a lot longer. That experience has scarred me for life. I've had several pets since then, but have never been able to get as close as I was to her for that reason. It was a tragedy that I have yet to overcome...
Rest in peace baby...

It affects over 20 million people with 1.5 million new people joining their ranks every year. It’s a prognosis most humans dread hearing.
But did you know that pet diabetes has also become epidemic. It is now estimated that 1 in every 150 pets are suffering from insulin resistance or diabetes. With more than 60 million pet dogs in the U.S. and nearly 70 million pet cats, there are a lot of pets in trouble.
If you’ve been through the experience of hearing the vet say… “Your pet has diabetes” I’m sure you remember the day extremely well. It’s a day you were hit with a sense of helplessness and groped for answers.

2 Types Of Diabetes?
diabetes in most dogs and cats works pretty much the same way as it does with humans. And as with humans, there are 2 main types of diabetes…. Type 1 diabetes is an actual body problem where the pancreas simply doesn’t produce or produces very little insulin. This is actually pretty rare in cats, but unfortunate is the case with about 90% of dogs. But even with these cases there are still ways to dramatically reduce any insulin needed and as a result lengthen your precious dogs life. In type 2 Diabetes, the chances are your pet’s pancreas is producing insulin, but the pet’s cells have become insensitive to the insulin that’s being produced. Type 2 Diabetes… It’s Not What You Think Contrary to popular belief, type 2 diabetes is not a problem of insufficient insulin. The pet’s pancreas is normally working overtime producing excess insulin in an attempt to control its blood sugar. The real problem with type 2 diabetes is the cells have been bombarded with so much insulin that they have become insensitive to the effect of it. Insulin is released every time your pet eats carbohydrates (which rapidly turn into sugar) and rushes over to clear the sugar out of the blood. The main job of insulin is to transport the sugar into to the cells where it is used for food and energy. The more resistant (insensitive) the cells become, the more insulin your pet's body produces trying to push the sugar into the cells. |
